All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

5. License Grant (Royalty-Free Use)

Upon purchase, Omega Vocals Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the purchased audio content in your own music and audiovisual productions.

You are allowed to:

• Use the vocals in commercial and non-commercial music
• Release tracks on streaming platforms
• Monetize your productions
• Use vocals in client projects

You retain 100% ownership of your masters and publishing.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, share, redistribute, or give away the audio files as standalone products
• Upload the files to competing libraries, marketplaces, or "vaults"
• Claim ownership of the original recordings themselves
• Use the content in a way that violates applicable laws

The license applies to creative use, not redistribution.

7. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (such as PayPal). Omega Vocals Inc. does not store or process your payment card details.

You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of instant digital access, all sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks are provided once download access has been delivered.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact support and we will assist you.

9. Delivery & Access

After successful payment:

• You will receive access to the digital download
• You may also receive the download link via email

It is your responsibility to:

• Download and store your files securely
• Ensure you have sufficient storage and a stable internet connection

Omega Vocals Inc. is not responsible for loss of files after delivery.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, trademarks, logos, and original recordings remain the property of Omega Vocals Inc. unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to you beyond the license described above.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

14. Termination

Termination does not revoke valid licenses granted for properly purchased content.
