OMEGA VOCALS: END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Product: Omega Vocal Vault (1,000 Full Length Vocal Stem Packs)

Agreement Is Effective At Date/Time of Purchase:

By purchasing, downloading, or using the sound recordings (the "Stems") included in the Omega Vocals Vault, you (the "Licensee") agree to be bound by the terms of this Non-Exclusive License Agreement with Massive Vocals (the "Licensor").

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide right to use the Stems in the creation of new musical works, subject to the following terms:

• Commercial Use: You may use the Stems in musical compositions for commercial release (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport), live performances, radio, and television broadcasts.
• Royalty-Free: You do not owe any future royalties to Omega Vocals or the original vocalists for the use of these Stems in your new musical works.
• No Attribution Required: You are not required to credit Omega Vocals or the vocalist in your track title or credits.

2. OWNERSHIP

• The Stems: Omega Vocals retains full copyright and ownership of the original vocal recordings (the Stems). You are purchasing a license to use them, not the copyright to the recordings themselves.
• Your New Work: You own the copyright to the new musical composition (the "New Master") that you create using the Stems.

3. RESTRICTIONS (THE "NO-GO" ZONE)

To protect the value of this library for all users, the following are strictly prohibited:

• No Resale or Redistribution: You may not resell, lease, share, or redistribute the Stems in isolation (e.g., as a sample pack, on a torrent site, or in a loop library). The Stems must be incorporated into a new musical work.
• No "Content ID" Registration: You may NOT register your track with YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager, or other automated content identification systems if your track contains the Stems in isolation or as a primary loop. This prevents false copyright strikes against other producers using the same vocal. You may upload to YouTube but you may not claim ID Ownership.
• No Use of Artist Name: You may not use the name, image, or likeness of the original vocalist (if known) in your track title (e.g., "feat. Artist Name") without express written permission.

4. AI & GENERATIVE TRAINING

You may NOT use the Stems to train AI models, voice clones, or generative voice synthesis software. The Stems are licensed for music production only.

5. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. Omega Vocals reserves the right to terminate this license immediately if you breach any of the terms (specifically regarding resale or piracy). Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Stems.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Stems are provided "as is." Omega Vocals shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use these Stems.
